Meet Domenico
Dr. Domenico Meschino is the founder and director of Luminosa Global, an international consultancy specializing in Italian dual citizenship, passports, and residency. With over 18 years of experience in this field, he has guided hundreds of families through complex, multi-generational cases. Dr. Meschino holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and dual master’s degrees in Education and Educational Leadership from NIU and DePaul. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, he leads Luminosa Global with a foundation of precision, integrity, and deep cultural knowledge.
